PESCIOLINI FRITTI

 

Fried Smelts, lemon, white vinegar

Wash, clean and dry the smelts properly before coating them with white flour and semolina then fry them in your favorite oil. Drizzle lemon juice and white vinegar before serving.

Paired with a Peppino.

  • 2 OZ LIMONCELLO

  • 1 OZ ETESIA GIN

  • 1 OZ LEMON JUICE

  • SPLASH OF PROSECCO

    Stir all the ingredients for 20-25 seconds, serve up.
