1 oz. Grapefruit Juice or Grapefruit Soda
Shake and serve on the rocks with rosemary sprig

1 oz. Ambrosia Aperitivo
1 oz. Finocchietto
1 oz. Lime Juice
Shake and serve on the rocks without garnish

0.75 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. Bellizzi-Miná Vino Amaro Bianco
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
Shake and serve up with thyme sprig
